ABOUT ORDERS LACKING SUFFICIENT INFORMATION TO DETERMINE THEIR STATUS

We have received your inquiry about the order you placed with us.  Anton Productions handles a large number of orders and we try our best to have all orders out within a few days of when the order is received.  A lot of customers write to request the status of their orders and, although we wish we could check on everyone's order immediately, this is not always possible. In many cases, customers write only a day or so after the order was placed. Often, the E mails sent to us do not contain all the information we need to look up the order (sometimes, the E mails do not even give us the customer's name).  If we were to look up all of these orders, it would take up a huge amount of time and this would prevent us from filling our orders in a timely manner.  So, if you placed your order more than 2 weeks ago and it has not arrived, please copy the form below, paste it into an E mail, fill in all the information and send it to us. When we receive the form, we will look into the problem right away.  Also, if your order has arrived and there is a problem (such as a defective tape or an incorrect tape), please fill out the form below and send it to us now.  If you placed your order less than 2 weeks ago, we ask that you please wait until it has been 2 weeks before contacting us again.  If your order does not arrive, please fill out the form below and send it to us at that time.  Thank you.

Basically, our email is handled this way: For ideas and questions about future videos J. Anton would really like to hear from you. I'm serious. For more mundane tasks such as problems with your order, problems with the web page, problems ordering your DVD or Download, etc. Contact Dick Darkly. IF THE PROBLEM CONTINUES then contact J. Anton, because he would really like to hear from you. It is our hope that the "checks and balances" system helps allow us to give our customers better service. We are always listening.
