Anton does not share or sell its mailing list (computer or traditional) with any other company.
We are currently trying to adopt a paper reduction policy. This means that web customers will never be sent catalogs by mail unless they specifically ask for them. We will occasionally send out a mass e-mail, but we will always respect your wishes to be removed from any mailing list we have you on.
Our mailing list is one way that Anton is trying to help conserve resources and help recycling efforts. Unless we have a run of Catalogs we are trying to close out, web customers may not receive paper catalogs with their order receipts unless they ask for them. We are making a concerted effort to use less paper, and it has nothing to do with costs (Although, it's never a bad incentive).

· How are my packages sent? What sort of packaging?
U.S. Customers have their orders shipped USPS Priority Mail. Foreign customers receive Global Priority Mail for orders of a single videotape.
Multiple foreign tapes are shipped USPS Air.
For all orders, the outside packaging is plain--it gives no specific information about the contents of the package.
Only your address and our return address are on the packaging.
· How does the charge from Anton appear on my credit card?
The Charge will appear as "Anton Productions". A Verotel charge will either appear as "Anton Productions" or "Verotel".
· Can you tell me more about the company?
Anton Productions is a company that produces and manufactures quality Adult Videos and DVDs with a wide variety of Bondage and Fetish themes. · How long does it take to receive my order?
Domestic orders are expected to arrive within one week of receipt of your order. Please allow two weeks before contacting us. Foreign orders can take 2 to 3 weeks. Please contact us if your order has not arrived within 28 days.
· How are my videos sent?

· Can I get my order shipped UPS or FedEx with next day service if I pay extra?
No. Shipping methods are not negotiable in any way.
· Do I have to pay sales tax?
If you live in California you MUST pay sales tax (8.25%).
If you are a California resident and you send us an order by mail without tax figured in, your order and payment will be sent back to you. If you order online, we will automatically figure the tax and charge you for it.
· How much does shipping cost?
For U.S.A. customers it is $4 per order regardless of how many Videos-DVDs-VCDs you have ordered.
Canadian customers pay $3 per item VHS Video. If you order only DVDs and-or VCDs it is $3 for the entire order.
All other Foreign customers are expected to pay $5 per Video Items VHS and PAL. Foreign customers ordering DVDs ONLY are expected to pay $5 for the entire order.
Both Canadian and other foreign customers should note that any number of DVDs they order with a Videocassette order will still be charged as one additional item. (e.g. Order from France, 2 PAL + 3 DVDs = $15)
· My download-membership isn't working. What happened?
If you are having trouble ordering or getting certain types of authentication online, you may need to update your Browser Software or current Computer System Software. Also note that most memberships are good for a period of only 10 days. Your subscription may have lapsed.
For problems with SegPay and ccBill memberships please include any pertinent information and send it to Dick Darkly or fill out a trouble ticket.
· Can I just mail in a payment for a download if I don't have credit card?
Certainly. Please send the correct amount of money (US Dollars$, money order is preferred, and you may have to wait for your check to clear) to our address with the following order form.
Please state which video download you would like.

· Why doesn't my password work?
Please make sure you have received a verified password via email from ccBill or Segpay. Passwords can be reset with our shopping carts by following the online instructions. If you signed up to use our ONLINE SHOPPING CART the password you made for your account WILL NOT WORK with our current video download system.
Video download passwords are generated by ccBill or Segpay and accessed by our server. They are quite different in nature than the password and login you create for your Shopping Cart.
On EXTREMELY rare occasions, the originating system will pass the information to our server incorrectly and we will have to manually create your account. Please verify that you are using the correct userd id and password from your automated email reply before contacting us.
· Why am I blocked?
Several reasons. You exceeded the limit of bandwidth allowed by us per day, (yes, there is a limit), you circulated a passcode, someone may have tried to hack your passcode. You may have bought two downloads and used the wrong login id and password with one of them.
Be patient. Your access will be returned. We will probably not see your email complaint before the server resets your access and you can log in again. Please wait at least six hours before contacting us.
Please try to verify that your account access has not been stopped because your subscription lapsed. Memberships generally last 10 days.
